Q: How much does storing with Nationwide cost?
A: Nationwide Self Storage (Chelsea) Ltd have a variety of different sized units at different prices starting at £8 PER WEEK
Q: How do I rent a unit?
A: Just come down to our branch and fill in your storage agreement today.
Q: Do I have to book a unit first?
A: No, as long as we have a suitable unit available, you can move your belongings in straight away. However, we recommend you give us a call first so that we can reserve a specific size unit for you.
Q: What do Nationwide include in the cost of rental?
A: Virtually everything, the price you will be quoted by our staff includes your charge for storing, service charges, rates, utility bills and maintenance costs. Your only separate outlay will be for a padlock to keep your room secure.
Q: What can I store?
A: Almost anything - furniture, books, clothes, personal effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents, excess stock etc. However, please note that we cannot accept inflammable, perishable or illegal goods.
Q: How secure are your facility?
A: You will be the only key holder to a room that is self contained, steel partitioned, highly secure and clean and dry. Our centre is protected by a 24 hour BT “Red Care” security system.
Q: When can I access my stored items?
A: 8:30am-6:00pm Mon- Fri
10:00am-4:00pm Sat
Q: How do I pack my goods?
A: Don't worry if you haven't got any storage containers. Nationwide Self Storage (Chelsea) Ltd can supply boxes in various sizes, bubble wrap, tape, dispensers, padlocks and everything else that you may need. Please enquire at our reception.
Q: Can you help with removals?
A: Yes, we have removal companies who work with us and will be happy to provide you with a competitive quotation.
Q: Do you have any trolleys to help me move my goods in?
A: We have trolleys available for use on the premises.
